I originally left a lower review due to a minor issue I experienced with the tool shortly after purchasing. Dennis, the founder, immediately reached out to me personally. Even spoke to him on the phone! This is actually a small business that will respond and correct issues. Incredibly refreshing considering the norm of Amazon sellers being impossible to contact. Dennis corrected the issue, no questions asked. I will absolutely be purchasing from this company again. I encourage everyone in the trades to buy titanium tools. They are more expensive but not as expensive as the back surgeries you’ll need after 20-30 years. Ounces equal pounds and pounds equal pain. Great tool! Great Company!
